DAY 1 ARRIVAL AT JOHANNESBURG AIRPORT & SUN CITY TRANSFERS

  • As you arrive in South Africa, our representative will receive you from the airport and will escort you to the pre-booked hotel in Sun City.
  • Complete your check-in formalities at the reception and spend the rest of the day at ease.
  • In the evening, you can go out to explore nearby places or book an optional tour to Pilanesberg Game Reserve.
  • As the day ends, get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 2 VALLEY OF THE WAVES WATERPARK

  • Start your day with a luscious breakfast and set out for a fun-filled day at the Valley of the Waves Waterpark.
  • Enjoy the thrilling water slides and rides, or take a swim in the pool. Eat some finger licking snacks at the local food joints or restaurants.
  • In the evening, put on your tuxedo and head to the casino for a game of poker or hook for a jackpot at the slot machines.

DAY 4 JOHANNESBURG TO HAZYVIEW

  • We depart from Johannesburg around 7:15 am and travel to our lodge, located within a 15-minute drive to Phabeni Gate. (main gate of Kruger Park.)
  • On arrival at our accommodation we enjoy a light lunch, a dip in the pool, or a walk on the lodge trails.
  • In the late afternoon, we set out on an exciting sunset/night safari in a private concession of Kruger National Park. You will have the chance to see nocturnal creatures such as lions, leopards, and hyenas as they start their nightly hunts.
  • We return to the lodge around 8:00 pm for a delicious dinner and a restful night.

DAY 5 GAME DRIVE IN KRUGER NATIONAL PARK

DAY 6 KRUGER TO JOHANNESBURG TRANSFER

Half Day Table Mountain & City Tour

  • Here you will find several of the Cape’s top attractions, from the imposing Castle of Good Hope to the colourful cottages of the Bo Kaap, the bustling Green Market Square, the South African Museum, the beautiful Company Gardens and plenty more to see. With an experienced and knowledgeable guide, and from the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle, you will be able to learn more about the Cape Town CBD and its surrounds, in a city tour that is sure to leave you with plenty of memories and photographs of this part of the Cape.
  • Our route then leads us via Kloof Nek to the magnificent and famous Table Mountain where you can ascend to the top (weather permitting) by the revolving cable car.
  • Requirements: It is important that you pre-purchase your Table Mountain cableway ticket to avoid long queues at the ticket office on the day.

  • Once we arrive in Oudtshoorn, we’re in for a treat as we explore the depths of the Cango Caves. Led by a knowledgeable guide, we venture through these enchanting chambers.
  • But the excitement doesn’t end there! We also have the opportunity to visit an ostrich farm, where we can get up close and personal with these enormous birds.
  • As the day winds down, we retreat to our cozy accommodations in Oudtshoorn, where a delicious dinner awaits, allowing us to unwind and recharge for the adventures ahead.

  • Next, we head to Knysna, a delightful coastal town brimming with charm. Here, we explore the iconic Knysna Heads, stroll along the bustling waterfront, and browse through markets filled with local crafts.
  • For the thrill-seekers among us, a stop at Bloukrans awaits, where adrenaline junkies can take the plunge with a bungy jump.

    • Today, our adventure takes us to the magnificent Tsitsikamma National Park, nestled along the rugged Eastern Cape coastline of South Africa.
    • We walk along the coastline to reach the iconic hanging bridge over Storms River Mouth. This suspension bridge spans the gorge, providing visitors with a unique vantage point to marvel at the rugged coastline, towering cliffs, and the powerful currents of the Storms River below.
    • Next, we head to the Garden Route Game Lodge. Get ready for an exciting game drive, offering the opportunity to encounter a variety of wildlife, including rhinos, lions, buffaloes, cheetahs, and antelope.
    • As the sun sets, we gather for a delicious dinner, allowing us to relax and enjoy the flavours of the bush in a cozy setting.

    DAY 13  GARDEN ROUTE TO CAPE TOWN

    • Next, we head to Betty’s Bay to visit the Stony Point penguin colony, where adorable African penguins steal the show with their playful antics.
    • Our journey continues with a scenic drive along the picturesque False Bay coastline.
    • As the day winds down, we end our tour in the late afternoon back in Cape Town, filled with unforgettable memories of our Garden Route adventure.
