Day 1 Activities:

  • Arrival in Cape Town. Enjoy scenic views of the ‘Fun Capital
  • After clearing immigration, get your luggage and meet your driver at arrivals hall
  • Transfer from Cape Town International Airport to Hotel.

Day 2:

HALF  DAY TABLE MOUNTAIN AND CITY TOUR

  • Here you will find several of the Cape’s top attractions, from the imposing Castle of Good Hope to the colourful cottages of the Bo Kaap, the bustling Green Market Square, the South African Museum, the beautiful Company Gardens and plenty more to see. With an experienced and knowledgeable guide, and from the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle, you will be able to learn more about the Cape Town CBD and its surrounds, in a city tour that is sure to leave you with plenty of memories and photographs of this part of the Cape.
  • Our route then leads us via Kloof Nek to the magnificent and famous Table Mountain where you can ascend to the top (weather permitting) by the revolving cable car.
  • Requirements: It is important that you pre-purchase your Table Mountain cableway ticket to avoid long queues at the ticket office on the day.

Day 3 Activities:

CAPE PENINSULA FULL DAY TOUR

The full day Peninsula Tour will take you around the entire Cape peninsula and show you the wonders of Cape Town. From the pristine beaches, to the spectacular sight of Cape Point enjoy a light lunch in Simons Town. Also be sure not to miss the sensational quick visit to the Penguins. Today we will enjoy a full day of game viewing. We make use of a 9-seater open vehicle which is perfectly designed to give you a real bird’s eye view of the wildlife you will encounter on your safari. Stopping throughout the day at various waterholes, viewpoints and a stop at one of the rest camps for lunch.

Day 4 Activities:

GARDEN ROUTE TOUR

  • Depart Cape Town at 6am and head up to Oudtshoorn in the Little Karoo semi desert area, which also is the ostrich capital of the World.
  • This drive follows the world-famous Route 62 which is the longest wine route in the world!
  • We’ll visit the Cango Caves for a tour through this magnificent cave system and also visit an ostrich farm for a closer look at this enormous bird.
  • Tonight, we’ll stay in Oudtshoorn and have a delicious local dish for dinner.
  • Meals: Dinner Included
  • Highlights: Route 62 road trip, Cango Ostrich Farm, Cango Caves heritage.

Day 5 Activities:

OUDTSHOORN TO TSITSIKAMMA

  • Leaving Oudtshoorn we’ll cross the mountain range to the coast and the gorgeous Garden Route.
  • Our first stop is the scenic ‘map of Africa’ lookout in the Wilderness and then we’re off to Knysna (consistently voted as South Africa’s favourite town).
  • Here we will visit the Knysna Heads, Waterfront, markets and explore thoroughly. After Knysna we pass through Plettenberg Bay!
  • We also stop at the World Highest Bungee Bridge at 216 Meters! where we overnight in Storms River Village.
  • Meals: Breakfast &Dinner Included
  • Highlights: Knysna Heads, Knysna Waterfront, Map of Africa viewpoint, Tsitsikamma National Park Optional Activities: Monkey-land/Birds of Eden , Swim with seals, Whale watching.

Day 6 Activities:

TSITSIKAMMA

  • Today we head through to Tsitsikamma National Park for a hike to the ever-famous Storms River mouth walk on the Hanging Bridge, where we can take a dip in the Indian Ocean!
  • From here we head to the Garden Route Game Lodge where we can enjoy a Big 5 sunset game drive followed by a fantastic dinner.
  • We’ll also overnight in their 4 stars graded, award-winning chalets or Lodge rooms.
  • Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Included
  • Highlights: Afternoon open vehicle game drive
  • Optional Activities: Bloukrans Bunge Jump (216m)

Day 7 Activities:

TSITSIKAMMA  TO CAPE TOWN

  • Early morning Game drive to see some animals you perhaps didn’t see the evening before followed by a scrumptious breakfast!
  • After check out, we make our way to Hermanus, which is famous for being the best land-based whale watching site (in season) in the world and is a beautiful little town with wonderful Cliffside walks.
  • Making our way back towards Cape Town, our last stop is at Stony Point where we visit the local penguin Colony – making our way back with spectacular views over False Bay
  • Meals: Breakfast Included
  • Highlights: Morning open vehicle game drive, Hermanus, Betty’s Bay Penguin colony
  • Check in at the hotel-At leisure
